Weekly Reflection
Communication is a big part in anyones leadership roles. How we communicate with others shows what kind of person you are. You should always have a nice firm handshake. Nothing to hard to to scale them away that just means that you want them to know whose stronger. You should always look them in the eyes and listen to what they say to show that your interested. That makes them feel that you care about what they are saying and not just like come on already I have to get going. Be respectful when you communicate though stand up to shake someones hand or when they leave or enter a place show respect and stand up to meet them and shake their hand.

weekly reflection
Our guest speaker taught me how important communication is in life. Communication is very big in our life now and in the future. It represents your character and how you are in your life. It will help you work towards your goal in life and help you get some where. Your actions are also part of it, there are always people watching you and listening to what you say and do. When they see that they learn by example, so we have to stop and think before we do and act. Your communication skills tell you what type of person you and they are. Just by talking with them for a little bit you can tell if they are a shy or good communicator by the way they act while they talk. It can also label your character by the way you act when you talk to people.

Mr. Murhpy was a really good speaker and taught us that things are easier when we work with others. Working with others can help you and help them also because it helps you learn on how to respect and work well with others. It teaches you that its ok to have help and even offer help to someone. He also told us that we need to learn on how to forgive others and also forgive ourselves. Its always hard in forgiving others because our natural response is to get mad. We need to think before we react and learn to forgive them because we probaly have done the same thing along the road.

The p.d.s.a is helping us plan on how we are going to get more involved with students. We picked a leader and and seperated in two groups Games and Mentoring. What we are trying to do is build a better relationship with the students. I think that it is going good but we were getting seperated because of our lack of communication.
Our communication is doing really well now with the p.d.s.a and we are all getting focused on our goal again. We are staying on task and we are all working together on how we can achieve it.

THE GOLDEN RULE
Our guest speaker this week helped teach us more about The Golden Rule. "Treat others the way you want to be treated," thats a rule we should all live by. The Golden Rule can help all of us and even help others at times. If people treat you wrong dont go back and treat them wrong because some times it may come back and hit you. The rule will help you to trust others and forgive others at times when needed. If some one has done something wrong dont try to get all mad because thats everyone's first reaction is to get mad at them for what they have done. Try to put your self in there position for that moment and think, if you were in their spot do you think they would want a second chance? I know that I would like a second chance at some times and even wish I could go back and redo it. You need to learn to forgive and also give everyone a second chance because in the end in some time of your life if your in the spot you will wish you had that second chance.

PDSA
Communication is a very huge role in this process. If your group lacks communication everything could become harder and more difficult to solve. You should always keep everyone involved in the thing and dont put them down if you dont like there idea or think that yours is better. Always try and listen to others and respect eachother. When you communicate with your group and help eachother with your problem during the PDSA you will find that the task at hand will come easier to you and your group when you work together.

PDSA
PDSA stands for Plan, Do, Study, Act. Its a nine step process that can help all of us on are problems that we need help to solve. By planning with others you can think of ways that is the cause of the problem. After you think you have the main root of it, you can gather other information from people to see what they think and that also helps you because you think of more ways to solve the problem.
