Decisions- Decisions are something we everyday of every hour to every little minute. Are life is going to be made up of all sorts of decisions, some maybe challenging and others you might find to come real easy. If your stuck with the choice of a difficult decision wait twenty-four hours to elminate your emotional influence.
Base your choices on
1. Accurate Facts
2. Wise Counsel
3. Clearly defined goals
If you follow those three things your choices will come easier than you think that it is and they will help you find your answer easier. They will also help lead you to Good Successful Decisions in the future if you follow the three.
For more help when you need it just follow the Four D's of decision making
DONT- if its the responsibility of others, let them do it
DELAY- wait, and let it be done at a better time
DELEGATE- if others can do it, let them
DO IT- if none of the above, JUST DO IT!!!
Tim Jones came in and spoke to us this week about decisions. He taught me a valuble lesson this week about decisions. Becareful on what you choose for your decision because it will sooner or later come back and hit you in the same way.
We all make choices some way or another, some big some small, but only you have what it takes to make your right choice.

Speech Outline
My speech outline is im going to go up right my name down incase they didnt know me. My topic of my speech was about just to have fun in life. You need to stay active but do it in a good way and dont get in trouble with the cops or anything stupid. Go to the mall or a movie with some friends, but dont stay cooped up inside playing video games by yourself. Sure that might be fun for you but you need to get out and stay active. Another thing I would do for my speech is I would get active and walk around and get the auidience involved more. I was hoping to make them laugh because then I knew that they would be having fun and not be like "Oh great another boring speaker, I think i'll just go to sleep now." But im glad that I got them involved and I hope that they would like it.

S.M.A.R.T. Goals
Your S.M.A.R.T. Goals need to be
S- specific
M - measurable
A- attainable
R- reallistic
T- timely
Your goals should always be part of the smart method otherwise your goals are just like visions that you can get easily accomplished. If your goals aren't specific you could easily accomplish it right away. You should make sure that its a attainable and not have one of your goals to high to reach because then if you dont get it and its set to high you may not reach it. If you do have your goal set make sure that you use your time to do it otherwise your goal will just sit there and you wont have gotten to it. So make sure you make time to do a little at a time to work towards your goal.

2. keep all my grades above a C+ my junior year

Be the First Follower
To be the first follower it takes a lot of courage because you stand out of the crowd basically saying that " I stand out and Im proud of it." In being the first follower you are showing everyone how to start being a leader in following. Once you get up and show your courage to everyone some other people start gaining their courage and get up and go and follow the others. Every time someone new comes and follows and shows their courage in joining in, people that aren't joining in start to realize that there the ones not fitting in anymore so they get up and join until everyone is joining in.
It all ends up back at the beginning to the leader who started it, and the first follower that lead to everyone joining in. Its like how a little flame on a fire starts. The leader is the start of a flame, but the first follower makes the spark of the flame which eventually helps the flame to grow because more and more want to join in help the flame grow bigger. But none of it could have happened if it wasn't for all the courage it took from the first follower.
